Speakers:

Bud Feder, PhD: A nationally known and published psychologist in private practice in Montclair, one of whose specialties is stress reduction and meditation. Bud has authored many books and edited others. Drawing upon his many years of experience, Feder will show the ways we can reduce stress in our lives. He is a former President of the Association for Advancement in Gestalt Therapy (AAGT), a faculty member at the New York Institute and has facilitated training workshops in many countries across three continents.

Catherine Moon: Currently in training to become a gourmet "Raw" chef at Raw Soul in N.Y. City, Catherine will discuss the benefits of eating raw foods especially as they help healing from minor and serious illnesses.

Jose German: active with the Cornucopia Network of New Jersey which promotes organic gardening and composting. He recently started his own business, Green Harmony, to help people garden and maintain their properties in a sustainable way. He is also founder of Wildlife habitat, Montclair.
